Returns and exchanges
We hope you love your purchase but if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and original packages attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date.
- We need to receive the item within 7 days of your return being approved. We know life happens and delays can arise – if that’s the case, please get in touch and let us know. If we don’t hear from you, the return or exchange will be considered cancelled.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to FedEx pricing structures, duties and taxes, return costs often exceed the price of the garment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@maisonmerlinstore.com, with clear photos and a detailed description. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, we will facilitate an exchange or return.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:

- Ship your return. Customers are responsible for exchange and return shipping costs. Item must be shipped to Unit 341, 5 Cinnebar Street, Milnerton. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Processing and refunds. Once received, our team will inspect your item and process your exchange or refund if applicable.
- Do not send returns without prior approval – unauthorised returns will not be processed. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
