Returns and exchanges

We hope you love your purchase but if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and original packages attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date.
  • We need to receive the item within 7 days of your return being approved. We know life happens and delays can arise – if that’s the case, please get in touch and let us know. If we don’t hear from you, the return or exchange will be considered cancelled.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

International Orders:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to FedEx pricing structures, duties and taxes, return costs often exceed the price of the garment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@maisonmerlinstore.com, with clear photos and a detailed description. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, we will facilitate an exchange or return.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

  1. Request a return or exchange.

  1. Ship your return. Customers are responsible for exchange and return shipping costs. Item must be shipped to Unit 341, 5 Cinnebar Street, Milnerton. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  2. Processing and refunds. Once received, our team will inspect your item and process your exchange or refund if applicable.
  3. Do not send returns without prior approval – unauthorised returns will not be processed. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
